My name is Zoe and I am a certified breathwork practitioner, Reiki healer and personal trainer in Auckland, as well as a sound enthusiast.

I completed my breathwork and meditation facilitator training with Cool 2Be Conscious.

I knew I always had a greater calling, but always felt like I wasn’t “spiritual enough”, didn’t have the right tools or I “wasn’t ready”.

I was called to this work in hopes of bringing these modalities to as many individuals as I can. Making energy work and somatic healing accessible to all, so we all feel welcomed and at home.
